Summer Dreamin' $5k Give Away

Eligibility: The River Ridge PTO $5,000 Summer Vacation Raffle (the "Raffle") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Board members of the River Ridge PTO and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Raffle is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
 

Raffle Period: The Raffle begins on March 25 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 26 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Raffle Period").
 

How to Enter: During the Raffle Period, tickets can be purchased by visiting the official River Ridge PTO website. Each ticket will be priced as indicated on the website. Additional credit card processing fees will apply and are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser.
 

Selection of Winner: The winner of the Raffle will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a computerized system on or about April 27th at 7PM EST. The odds of winning are determined by the number of tickets sold. One winner will be selected.
 

Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via text message and phone call and email using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. River Ridge PTO reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award all or part of the prize, at its sole discretion.
 

Prize: The winner will receive a check for $5,000.
 

General Conditions: By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. River Ridge PTO reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
 

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless River Ridge PTO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
 

Compliance with Legal Requirements: River Ridge PTO is a registered 501(c)(3) organization with a valid gambling license in the state of Kentucky. The Raffle is conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the state of Kentucky, including but not limited to the Kentucky Charitable Gaming laws.
 

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
 

Tax Reporting Responsibilities for Prize Winner: The River Ridge PTO $5,000 Summer Vacation Raffle prize is a monetary award, and as such, may be subject to federal and/or state income tax. In accordance with IRS regulations, The River Ridge PTO is not required to withhold any taxes from the prize amount; therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the prize recipient to report and pay any taxes that may be due.
